Huff n Puff Team 74 With the Harvey Boswell Award

      This past weekend we held our annual tournament. The games were very competitive and the players seemed to really enjoy the facility as well being able to play different teams .

This was a big undertaking for our club and I would like to commend the following teams and players.

The concession was handled by IPA . Dale Wood,Craig Smith,Al and Wendy Martens,Jim Cooper Glen Ebel,Brian Stonehouse,Kasey Valkenburg,Darrell and Cheryl Bartman,Darren Heinz and Janet White.

Jamie did a great job or getting his team out and on schedule and we had some great comments on the food.

     The grounds maintenance was handled by the Silver Foxes . These guys worked all day at two fields preparing the diamonds and looking after the facility itself. We had a lot of good feedback from the players on how good the fields were.

Sam Montoya and his crew of Randy Wuerfel,Ken Wou,Gord Moore,Ron Larson,Tim Seitz and Glen Stodolka put in a lot of hours.

     Our team did probably the most enjoyable job on a hot weekend. Would like to thank Harvey,Ken and Cindy,Kenny B,Derry,Boyd, Sandra Maser and Bobby Marfleet for selling the beer.

Would like to thank Randy ,Darlene ,Stan Roger and there crew upstairs for doing all the games they make them exciting.

     The umpires in Boyd’s crew did a great job moving the tournament along.

A big thank you to Our president Jim Black he did a lot of work getting us all organized and on task so we could have a good tournament.

     Finally if I missed anyone thank you and to all that helped thanks a lot.
