Motion by Christmann, seconded by Steinbacher to adopt minutes from 2024 AGM (CARRIED)
Treasurer Report :
Bank balance as of year end, November 30/25, $81,146
Motion by Thompson, seconded by Ramage audited financial statement prepared by Boyd Kosolofski and Wilf Broesky be accepted as presented (CARRIED)
Bill Ramage will take over as Casino Director
Directors Reports were presented
Huff n Puff teams reported on their respective past season
New Business :
Motion by Stubbs, seconded by Price player registration fee remain $100 for 2026 season (CARRIED)
Motion by Price, seconded by Hurrell league play Friday nights if required for 2026 season (CARRIED)
Motion by Emann, seconded by Price association make a $500 donation to the Medicine Hat Curling Club (CARRIED)
Election of Directors :
Motion by Friesen, seconded by Price to nominate Curtis Scherger as president. Scherger wins by acclamation.
Motion by Maser, seconded by Black to nominate Barry Koch as vice president. Koch wins by acclamation.
Motion by Friesen, seconded by Price to nominate Jeff Thompson as secretary. Thompson wins by acclamation.
Motion by Hallberg, seconded by Derek Martin to nominate Perry Nurse as treasurer. Nurse wins by acclamation.
Motion by Parker, seconded by Hurrell to nominate John Engel as registrar. Engel wins by acclamation.
Motion by Stubbs, seconded by Thomas to nominate Darrell Maser as activities director. Maser wins by acclamation.
Motion by Engel, seconded by Maser to nominate Rick Parker for facilities director. Parker wins by acclamation.
