On Sunday September 20 we held our third and final scramble of the 2026 slowpitch season. After postponing this from the previous weekend because of bad weather we landed on a real nice sunny day down at our park.
We had eight teams and they were able to get in 2 games each to conclude our ball season . I believe everyone enjoyed visiting and socializing during the day and hopefully no one got hurt.
As always it takes a lot of our fellow players , friends and significant others to contribute there time to pull this event off and we thank everyone who helped make this event a success. There were of people who helped in the morning and were still there helping clean up at night .
A big thanks to all you coaches and team representatives for mobilizing your players to come out to help on not only this scramble but the prior two as well.
On behalf of our executive I hope everyone enjoyed another great year at the beautiful Lorne Holden Field of Dreams and hope to see you all back in 2027.
