| The St. Albert tournament got under way on Friday with each team playing one Game. Team 65 had a great start to the tournament as they beat Lacombe 17-9. Team 60 however had a rough start to the tournament as they dropped their first game to Barrhead 17-1. |
| Aug 20 : |
On Saturday team 65 kept on rolling as they won both of their games. The morning game they beat Edmonton by a score of 17 – 10. In the afternoon game they had a offensive explosion as they scored 19 runs on Calgary while holding them to only 1 run.
Team 60 started the day off with a loss 14 – 17. In the afternoon game though they were able to turn things around with a 8 – 5 win. |

| The St. Albert tournament has come to an end with Team 65 taking gold with a convincing 20 – 5 win over Edmonton. Team 60 had an excellent end to the tournament with a come from behind win over Vermilion to win the “C” division. Congratulations to both teams as they continue to represent Medicine Hat in these tournaments. |
