-Game Two
It was heralded as the clash of the Bonagofsky brothers and history will show James as the winner. Darrel’s bat was silenced for the first two at bats then he hit a “peach” that left Kin Coulee park for a three run dinger to tie the score at Eight. There would be no more for the eye guys as the whiskey boys went on for a 13-8 victory.

Sept 5:
-Game One
In the 1st game of the night on the last week of the season, the Copper Coulee Casino Silver Foxes defeated the Logos Rebels by a score of 18-11. It was a well played game by both teams with both pitchers Roger King and Perry Nurse keeping the ball inside the park for their respective teams, just barely. The Silver Foxes from top to bottom of the order had multiple hit nights while the Foxes were able to keep the big bats of the Logos to just a single a piece.

-Game Two
The score was 3-2 for the Lakers after 3 innings and 8-4 for the Lakers after 4 innings. The lakers then scored 4 in the 5th to make it 12-4. Trackside mustard 2 more in the 6th and we’re blanked in the 7th to make the final score 12 to 6 for the Lakers.
Blain Lutz with a HR, Al Martin & Darren Heinz all went 2 for 3 at the dish where the umps were tough. Jamie White also went 2 for 3 with a triple over the right field for the Lakers. Barry Koch once again had a great outing going 3-3, while Gerard the closer Hittel, Brian Keen eye Hoffner, Kevin bullet saviour Sauer, Darrell stretch Bonenfant and Ballerina Bill Ullman went 2-3.
Great pitching by Tim the tool man Johnson and Gerard  Vaughn Hittel were key in the victory holding the high powered IPA’s low enough to only reach over the yellow stripe once. Kevin Sauer (the owner of the Lakers) played another stellar game defensively taking the final bullet shot playing 3rd base off the belly to have it drop in front of him to touch the base. The only downfall on the night was not smelling the cooked burgers by the kitchen staff.
Thanks to the umps for volunteering and doing a fabulous job.
Amazingly the Lakers had no spares for their final game.
