The +74 Huff & Puffs started there 2022 Huntsman games with great expectation and enthusiasm. Starting with the pool round Monday and Tuesday.
The Huff & Puffs, after four fairly close games, wound up with a record of 1-3 as follows.
HP 8 - California Oaks 9
HP 13 - Salerno Senior Enforcers 14
HP 15 - Misfits 9
HP 9 - Exhumed 12
With that record they were In ‘C Blue’ Bracket for the double knock out medal round.
Wednesday saw the start of bracket play and in the first game things did not go all that well with the Huff & Puffs losing to the Old Bones 21–12.
On Thursday in the first game the Huff & Puffs won over the Wasatch Thunder 17 - 2. That lifted the spirits of everyone in hopes that we would continue winning toward the medal games.
Unfortunately in the next game we lost by one run to the Pals 15-14, and that eliminated us from any further play.
We placed fourth in our Bracket that had 6 teams
In the end, we all enjoyed ourselves playing in the +30 Celsius temperatures under blue skies.
