May 14th - 17th Game Hi-Lights

May 14th:
     Game 1:
The giants earned a one run victory over the Moose by a score of 13 - 12.
     Game 2:
Mike Ferre had a big night at the plate for the IPA's as he hit a Grand Slam home run, and also an in the park home run. Blaine Lutz also had a home run for the IPA's, as they went on to defeat the Elements 13 - 8. The Elements got home runs from John Engle and Jack Simmons. Sam Montoya also hit an in the park for the Elements.
     Game 3:
The last game of the evening had the Pub coming away with a 16 - 12 victory over the Logo's.

May 15:
     Game 1:
The Rockers defense held the Recyclers to 4 runs, as they went on to win 14 - 4. Rick  Parker had a 3 run home run for the Rockers
     Game 2:
Jim Stewart had a 2 run home run to help the Mustangs to a 16 - 12 victory over the Rebels.
     Game 3:
The Mavericks ended tonight's games with a 15 - 9 victory over the Elements. Rick Parker hit a 3 run home run for the Mavericks, though only one run could count.
Jack Simons had a home run for the Elements.

May 16:
     Game 1:
Emer's boys started off the night with a 20 - 8 victory over the Lakers.
     Game 2:
The Mavericks scored 19 runs for a 19 - 6 victory over Elmer and Harold's. Dave Hammel and Kelly Lutz both hit home runs.
     Game 3:
The Rockers got by the IPA's by one run for a 10 - 9 victory. Dennis Young hit a in the park home run.

May 17:
     Game 1:
The Schooners Pub started the night off with a 20 - 14 victory over Elmer and Harold's
     Game 2:
In the second game Emers Boys came away with a 12 - 9 victory over the Courier Giants. Trent Rasch had a in the park home run.
     Game 3:
The Redi Recyclers had a strong defensive game as they held the Canadian Energy Lakers to 1 run. The Recyclers also had a strong night at the plate as they came away with a 19 - 1 victory.
Glen Smeby had a in the park home run.
